As with any medical or fire safety device, evacuation chair legislation is quite clear that these must be in good working order and ready for use at the required time. In order to ensure you meet the fire evacuation chairs legal requirements, KFive are pleased to offer customers a full preventative planned maintenance agreement, as well as evacuation chair training.
As a business with any number of people on the premises and potentially some staff members with disabilities, it is your responsibility to ensure emergency exits have appropriate and suitable evacuation equipment available. As with any equipment bought for a working environment, it is important that they are maintained to a high standard.

Once you adopt Evacuation equipment into your premises as part of your evacuation plan for assisted evacuation needs. You are required by law to ensure that the products you supply for use are annually maintained and fit for purpose at any time of need.
